Diplom zum Gedenken an Alexander Stepanowitsch Popow, einem russischen Physiker und Pionier der Funktechnik. Am 7. Mai 1895 demonstrierte er auf einem Treffen der Russischen Gesellschaft für Physik und Chemie in Petersburg seine Versuche über den Empfang elektrischer Wellen vor. Der 7. Mai wurde dann in der Sowjetunion 50 Jahre später zum „Tag des Radios“ erklärt.
Für das Diplom waren Funkverbindungen mit verschiedenen russischen Sonderstation herzustellen.
Certificate to the memory of Alexander Stepanowitsch Popow, a Russian physicist and pioneer of the radiocommunication. On the 7th of May, 1895 he demonstrated on a meeting of the Russian society for physics and chemistry in Petersburg his attempts about the receipt of electric waves before. Then the 7th of May was explained in the Soviet Union 50 years later to the „day of the radio“.
